Hello,
I think survival of fittest is a dumb idea.

corporations essentially create a 'survival of fittest' environment.

I agree, I believe that a survival of the fitest in a work environment creates an unneccessary amount of stress to employees. For some, stress can be a great motivation but to others, it supresses ideas and creates many problems.

You can get more through co-operation than by conflict, that’s also “survival of the fittest”.

Essentially you have a pendulous effect between cooperation and competition, both work.

Some work better in some circumstances, some are more ‘final’ than others.
